My name is Michał Wesołowski and cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember.

I was born in Lodz in Poland, where I began my culinary journey by studying at a gastronomic secondary school, building a strong foundation in classic techniques and professional kitchen discipline.

After graduating, I continued to develop my skills in numerous restaurants across Poland, learning from experienced chefs and working with a wide variety of cuisines and ingredients. Alongside restaurant work, I had the opportunity to cater large-scale events throughout the country – from exclusive private functions to major concerts and special events—preparing meals for well-known artists and distinguished guests. These experiences taught me how to perform under pressure while delivering consistently high-quality food.

For several years now, I have been living in England, where I further refined my craft by working and training in a number of restaurants. Today, I work as a private chef, creating tailored culinary experiences for private clients and events. I focus on fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and menus designed around my guests’ preferences.

For me, cooking is not just about food – it’s about creating an atmosphere, telling a story through flavors, and making people feel truly cared for. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a celebration, or a special event, I bring professionalism, creativity, and genuine passion to every plate. What inspired the chef’s signature dishes?

My signature dishes are inspired by memories rather than recipes. I draw a lot from the flavors I grew up with, the people I cooked for, and the places that shaped my palate. I like taking something familiar and reimagining it in a way that feels both comforting and surprising. Every dish tells a small story – about curiosity, respect for ingredients, and the joy of sharing food.

Does the chef accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Absolutely. We take dietary restrictions and allergies very seriously. Our kitchen is always happy to adapt dishes whenever possible, without compromising on flavor or quality. We believe everyone should feel comfortable and safe at the table, so we encourage guests to let us know about any specific needs in advance.

Is the chef available for private dining or events?

Yes, absolutely. Private dining and special events are actually what I enjoy most. Creating a tailored experience, cooking closely with guests in mind, and turning an occasion into something truly personal is where I feel most at home. Every event is different, and that’s what makes it so exciting.

Are seasonal ingredients used in the menu?

Yes, absolutely. I always strive to work with seasonal ingredients at their peak, when they are most flavorful, nutritious, and healthy. Cooking with what nature offers at the right moment allows me to create dishes that are both vibrant and honest, while respecting the rhythm of the seasons.

Can I meet the chef during my visit?

Yes, absolutely. I always make a point of greeting and getting to know the people I cook for. Meeting guests, sharing a moment, and understanding who I’m cooking for is an important part of the experience for me — it makes the food even more meaningful.

How often does the menu change?

I have a core selection of dishes that are tried, tested, and much loved. At the same time, I treat every event as an opportunity to create something new. I enjoy experimenting, adapting, and introducing fresh ideas, so the menu evolves constantly while still staying true to what works best.
